Senior ERP System Analyst

About the role

NMDC Group is seeking a Senior ERP System Analyst to deliver reliable, up‑to‑date ERP and IT services that boost overall operational efficiency. The role requires at least eight years of experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration, and ERP implementation, preferably with Oracle Fusion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional business units to understand processes, KPIs and organizational structure, then design and build scalable, global workflow solutions and reports.
• Work with IT/ERP deployment teams on configuration changes, workflow design, scripting, role/permission setup, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
• Support administrators, department managers, super‑users and end‑users in effectively using ERP system functionality.
• Manage internal ERP projects, upgrades and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Document and maintain system customisations and training materials.
• Assist with data migration, conversion, cleansing, de‑duplication and ongoing data maintenance.
• Partner with functional teams to create and execute system test plans and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide monthly activity reports to the Group IT Director/ERP Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Science preferred) or equivalent.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA, CMA or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting for finance‑related modules.
• Professional certification in ERP applications is a plus.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in ERP analysis, implementation and workflow configuration.
