Senior Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in fire fighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. The role involves independently managing the full estimation process for UAE projects, from tender review to commercial quotation, while meeting tight tender deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs to identify project requirements and scope gaps.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and generate accurate BOQs for fire & life safety systems.
• Develop cost estimates covering material, labour, installation, equipment and subcontracting.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to gather technical and commercial information.
• Submit competitive commercial quotations and tender submissions within required deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10+ years of estimation and pricing experience in fire & life safety, MEP or related contracting, with mandatory UAE experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical and commercial skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination and ability to work independently under pressure.
