Senior Executive – Authorities (Urban Planning)

About the role

The Senior Executive – Authorities will support urban planning operations, ensuring daily tasks align with Dubai Holding Land Estates’ strategic goals. The role involves close coordination with government and regulatory bodies to facilitate master‑plan modifications and site‑plan approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in uploading MP modification submissions to DM and DDA portals.
• Follow up with Trakhees, DM & DDA on master‑plan modification requests and site‑plan issuance.
• Maintain a tracking sheet for all VAS applications submitted to DM & DDA and report status in daily catch‑up meetings.
• Validate records and confirm ownership (internal & DLD) before site‑plan submission.
• Provide up‑to‑date reporting of Trakhees site plans and prepare approval forms for invoice payments.
• Support the team with DocuSign submissions.
• Prepare approval forms and memos for management‑approved payments to authorities.
• Prepare MPM submissions to authorities, including CAD drawings and Excel sheets.
• Review drawings, measure areas, dimensions, and extract coordinates.
• Assist in preparing Plot Location Certificates (PLC) or PDGs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in urban planning or a related field.
• High reliability, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling documentation.
• Strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
