Senior Executive – Facilities Management (UAE National)

About the role

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking a Senior Executive to lead Facilities Management across its portfolio of retail destinations and residential communities. The role reports to the FM Manager and supports the delivery of high‑quality hard and soft services in line with agreed service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the FM Manager in preparing annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets and coordinate with business units.
• Review quotations, confirm Work Completion Requests (WCRs) and obtain managerial approval.
• Conduct daily FM operations, monitoring cleaning, waste management, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and specialised services.
• Ensure service providers meet SLA commitments and prepare non‑compliance reports for assigned sites.
• Coordinate service provider attendance, manage contracts and support tendering processes.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives and uphold HSE standards.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or related fields.
• Proven experience in budgeting, contract management and service provider coordination.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and FM operations.
