About the role
The Senior Executive – Human Capital acts as the strategic and operational HR partner for assigned retail regions, driving workforce stability, performance, engagement and compliance across stores.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with Regional, Business and Store Managers, attend regional reviews and translate business priorities into people actions.
- Maintain store‑wise manpower mapping, identify critical vacancies, monitor attrition and ensure accurate budget versus actual tracking.
- Support performance review cycles, identify high‑potential managers and drive structured induction and onboarding.
- Handle disciplinary cases, investigations, warnings and terminations while ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation.
- Conduct regular store visits, run pulse‑check conversations, address salary parity concerns and drive local engagement initiatives aligned with UAE HR strategy.
- Provide weekly updates on manpower gaps, attrition, employee‑relations cases and store visits, maintaining clear documentation and dashboards.
