Senior Finance Executive – Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and balance‑sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis, providing insights to management and ensuring timely compliance.
• Ensure accurate posting of journals and adjustments in the financial system, verifying supporting documentation and adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support cost‑control activities by monitoring expense allocations, analysing variances and recommending corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.
• Process supplier payments, verify supporting documentation, and ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely execution.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in administration within the hospitality industry.
• Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent country‑specific certification.
