Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager leads the financial operations of an MRO organization, ensuring that financial targets are achieved while minimizing risk. This role oversees accounting, treasury, budgeting, and compliance functions and works closely with internal leaders and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define finance team KPIs, develop development plans, and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with IFRS, COSO, VAT, corporate tax, ESG/ESR and transfer‑pricing regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting; analyse variances and drive initiatives to protect shareholder value.
• Manage treasury activities, including credit lines, debt structure, cash‑ratio monitoring, covenant compliance and working‑capital optimisation.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, procurement compliance, OPEX control, inventory and fixed‑asset processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to secure unqualified opinions.
• Partner with functional leaders to improve operational performance, commercial proposals, system optimisation and cost management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• Extensive experience in finance leadership within a complex, asset‑intensive environment.
• Proven ability to manage large finance teams and drive process improvements.
