Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will head the finance and accounting function for a fast‑growing chemical trading group operating across the UAE and internationally. Reporting directly to the CEO/Group CFO, the role ensures financial stability, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning while driving automation and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and audits.
• Develop and maintain a strong financial governance framework across UAE free‑zone and mainland operations.
• Drive process automation and efficiency through ERP system implementation and optimisation.
• Prepare analytical MIS reports to support senior management decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Manage and develop finance teams in multiple locations, both locally and overseas.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification; MBA in Finance preferred.
• 5‑10+ years of finance experience, preferably within SME environments in chemical trading, oilfield chemicals, or industrial chemicals.
• Demonstrated experience handling end‑to‑end finance functions, including strategic finance, taxation, treasury, audits, budgeting, and ERP systems.
• Prior exposure to UAE finance operations, especially in Free Zone/JAFZA settings.
• Stable career history with strong tenure in previous roles.
