Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – FinTech Platform

About the role

BurjX is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale its digital‑asset brokerage platform. You will own features from concept through production, working in a fast‑moving, regulated fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain product features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and third‑party integrations.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of features, including deployment and production support.
• Build secure, scalable systems for trading, onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, wallets, custody, and internal operations.
• Integrate with banking partners, payment providers, custody services, blockchain nodes, compliance tools, and market‑data feeds.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision‑making.
• Identify and remediate technical debt, operational risks, and performance bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack or Software Engineer.
• Strong background in modern backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript).
• Proven expertise with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or React Native.
• Experience designing REST APIs and secure application architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and distributed systems.
