Senior Growth Manager

About the role

Taptap Send is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead user acquisition, engagement and retention across the customer lifecycle. You will work in a fast‑growing fintech environment focused on cross‑border financial services for emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition through performance marketing, partnerships, referrals and growth campaigns.
• Increase engagement, repeat transactions and lifetime value by optimizing lifecycle and CRM initiatives.
• Analyse customer behaviour, segment users and conduct cohort analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments aimed at improving conversion, activation and retention.
• Track, report and interpret key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, data, marketing and customer support teams to enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth, CRM, performance marketing or customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a high‑velocity, data‑driven environment.
