Senior Housekeeping Supervisor for VIP Private Family

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the household operations of a VIP private family in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will lead a team of housekeepers, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise housekeeping staff to keep all areas of the residence immaculate.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to the family’s needs.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and confidentiality standards in a private residence.
• Coordinate with other household staff and external service providers.
• Promptly address and resolve any housekeeping‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior housekeeping role, preferably within VIP, private families or luxury residences.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
