Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor for a premier private residence in Abu Dhabi. The live‑out position is responsible for maintaining guest‑grade cleanliness across the entire property and works closely with the Housekeeping Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities in all residential zones to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce sanitation procedures that meet private‑household expectations.
• Lead, schedule, and direct a multicultural housekeeping team during routine operations and special events.
• Assist Housekeeping Management with inventory tracking, supply replenishment, and staff training.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while maintaining a service‑oriented team environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Supervisor in luxury hotels, high‑end private estates, or upscale hospitality properties.
• Strong competencies in quality control, staff supervision, room inspection protocols, inventory management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to lead a multicultural team.

• Competitive salary of AED 19,500 per month plus a mobile allowance of AED 500.
