Senior HR Manager

About the role

CasTech Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join its head office team in Sharjah. The role focuses on guiding regional HR operations, aligning workforce strategies with business growth, and strengthening HR systems across local and international business units.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic HR programs aligned with corporate growth targets.
• Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment pipelines, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead performance management frameworks, employee training, and leadership development programs.
• Direct compensation, benefits structures, and payroll administration oversight.
• Maintain HR policies, ensure statutory compliance with local labor laws, and handle employee relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 4–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership capacity within the GCC.
• Mandatory GCC experience with knowledge of UAE and Saudi labor laws.
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or chemical sectors (preferred).
