Senior HVAC Technician

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to ensure the optimal performance of heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, air‑quality, and refrigeration systems across its Dubai Investment Park property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC or mechanical maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
