Senior Information Manager

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Information Manager to join its Middle East delivery team in Dubai. The role blends process improvement, digital content management, and support for construction project delivery, ensuring teams follow industry standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) using ACC/BIM 360 and support project teams in its utilization.
• Develop and maintain Information Management documents such as Pre‑ and Post‑BEP, federation strategy, and responsibility matrices.
• Perform multidisciplinary clash detection, grouping, and resolution support.
• Implement ISO 19650‑based BIM execution plans, information exchange processes, and naming conventions across project lifecycles.
• Support auditing of Task Information Delivery Plans and contribute to global digital initiatives.
• Lead BIM workshops, clash‑resolution meetings, and document minutes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in information management for construction projects, preferably as a Lead or Appointed Party.
• Strong understanding of MIDP/TIDP processes.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and drive process compliance.
• Excellent technical communication skills to advise on software and workflow implementation.
