Senior Infra DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Infra DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate reliable cloud infrastructure for our fast‑growing fintech platform. You will ensure the platform is secure, performant and highly available for institutional investors handling sensitive private‑market data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS cloud resources using AWS CDK, including databases, queues, caches and networking.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and improve developer efficiency.
• Implement logging, monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system reliability.
• Build internal tooling that supports scaling and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver secure, high‑performance services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building and operating cloud infrastructure in fast‑paced or entrepreneurial environments.
• Hands‑on, self‑motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Customer‑focused mindset, ensuring platform reliability for end users.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
