Senior Investment Advisor – Retail Banking Group

About the role
The Senior Investment Advisor will lead investment advisory activities within the Retail Banking Group, focusing on fixed‑income solutions for a diverse client base. This role combines portfolio oversight, client retention, and mentorship of junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Investment Advisory (IA) services for corporate and retail clients.
- Manage and oversee a substantial fixed‑income book across multiple commercial segments.
- Support Private Banking initiatives and retain clients during relationship manager transitions.
- Collaborate to develop the area’s investment outlook and translate insights into marketable products.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff on IA topics, fostering professional growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in investment advisory, particularly fixed‑income portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of retail and private banking dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business units.
- Leadership skills to guide and develop junior team members.
