Senior Investment Professional – Private Credit & Special Situations

About the role

Our client, a large global fund with a presence across developed and emerging markets, is expanding its private markets team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Investment Professional will focus on private credit opportunities, including co‑investments and fund investments, and will be based full‑time in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyse and execute international private credit investments.
• Build complex financial models for potential deals and conduct thorough underwriting.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums for committee review.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing portfolio investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private credit, either through fund manager selection or buyout/co‑investment work.
• Hands‑on experience with complex private credit structures such as unitranche, mezzanine, structured or special‑situations transactions.
• Excellent financial modelling capabilities.
• Strong academic record.
• Willingness to reside in the Middle East on a full‑time basis.
