Senior Investor – APAC Real Estate (Global Fund)

About the role

Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Investor to join its APAC real estate team. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing direct real‑estate investments and fund commitments across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of direct real‑estate investments and fund commitments in APAC.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuations, and investment cases to support decision‑making.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence with external advisors and management teams.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
• Manage transaction execution, negotiations, and documentation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, advisors, and market participants to source new opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant transaction experience with a proven track record in real‑estate investments, preferably in the APAC region.
• Exceptional analytical ability and strong grasp of valuation and accounting concepts.
• Confident communicator comfortable working in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
