Senior Landscape Architect

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead the planning, design, and construction supervision of large‑scale landscaping projects in Dubai. You will work closely with the Resident Engineer and senior management to ensure high‑quality delivery, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Resident Engineer and supervise landscaping construction activities.
• Coordinate daily tasks with engineers and the construction supervision team.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and pre‑qualifications.
• Collaborate with design engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain daily diaries, inspection reports, and progress records.
• Schedule resources with contractors and monitor inspector performance.
• Chair meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping, safety goals, and implementation of site safety procedures.
• Measure completed works, track progress versus program, and verify as‑built drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years on large landscape projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex construction sites.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client service.
