Senior Learning & Development Executive

About the role

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Executive to lead and coordinate all L&D activities across the property. You will work closely with department heads to deliver training programs that support the brand’s luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day L&D administration, ensuring smooth coordination of training operations.
• Support the design, delivery, and tracking of learning initiatives for all hotel departments.
• Handle functional requests and provide support for Oracle Tahweel, Axonify, and other learning platforms.
• Maintain training schedules, learning records, course catalogs, and completion reports.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analyses, audits, data collection, reporting and action planning to continuously improve development programs.
• Represent L&D in meetings, workshops and promote a collaborative, “can‑do” culture.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Group Trainer or Team Trainer qualification is desirable.
• 3–5 years of training experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle Tahweel learning system.
• Experience using Axonify or similar learning management platforms.
