Senior Legal Advisor – Real Estate Group

About the role

This senior legal advisor position works directly with the CEO and senior leadership of a diversified UAE real‑estate group. You will act as the primary legal partner, guiding the organisation through complex transactions, governance initiatives and risk‑management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO and senior stakeholders across multiple group entities.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts and high‑value agreements.
• Design, implement and monitor governance and compliance frameworks for the group.
• Oversee litigation matters and manage external counsel relationships.
• Support M&A, restructuring and major project transactions.
• Develop internal legal policies, procedures and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• LLB qualified with an active practising legal licence.
• 10+ years of corporate/commercial law experience, with a focus on UAE real‑estate, projects or infrastructure.
• Proven track record advising senior leadership teams.
• Strong background in contracts, governance and compliance.
