Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

RINO Properties is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead legal support for its real‑estate transactions and investment activities across Dubai and international markets. This full‑time, on‑site position will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts while providing strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts related to property acquisition, sales, leasing and management.
• Advise internal teams on legal risks, compliance requirements and regulatory changes affecting real‑estate and investment operations.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal issues and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
• Ensure all documentation complies with UAE law and company standards.
• Support strategic decision‑making with clear, practical legal guidance.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal policies and governance frameworks.
• Assist in dispute resolution and promote best practices in risk management.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent); LLM or specialised certifications in real‑estate or corporate law are a plus.
• Proven experience in real‑estate, corporate or investment‑related legal practice, preferably in‑house or at a law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and legal document preparation.
• Strong ability to identify, assess and manage legal issues in real‑estate transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of the UAE legal framework; familiarity with international real‑estate and investment regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
