About the role

We are seeking senior legal professionals with 12+ years of experience to join our team in the UAE. The role involves delivering commercially focused legal advice across multiple practice areas, managing complex matters, and driving business development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.
• Lead and manage complex legal matters and client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Represent and advise clients on significant matters and disputes.
• Develop new client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and support the firm’s growth.
• Support the strategic development and growth of the relevant practice area.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in legal practice.
• Senior lawyers, Legal Directors, Senior Legal Counsel, or Partner‑level professionals.
• Strong technical expertise in relevant legal domains.
• Established client network or proven business development capabilities.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Required skills
