Senior Manager – AI Office Value Realization & Program Management

About the role

The Senior Manager – AI Office Value Realization & Program Management will lead the Group AI Office PMO, driving strategic AI initiatives across Al-Futtaim’s divisions. Reporting to senior AI leadership, the role ensures alignment with the AI roadmap, delivers transformation programmes, and creates measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program management for the Group AI Office, coordinating AI transformation activities.
• Develop, validate, and maintain AI roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of AI projects.
• Monitor programme performance, risk, and benefits realization.
• Support talent development initiatives related to AI capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in technology or AI environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and AI adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
