Senior Manager Business Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Business Operations to join our Dubai office. This role sits at the intersection of account services, data, technology and finance, driving smarter decision‑making and operational consistency across the agency. You will translate complex business and financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise agency software platforms including Workamajig, global CRM, PowerBI and SAP.
• Produce custom and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards for finance, account services, IT and legal.
• Analyse large data sets to recommend actions, improvements and strategic plans.
• Identify system errors, facilitate problem‑solving and implement best‑practice processes.
• Develop training materials and present them to individuals and large groups.
• Support account leads in meetings, project reviews, client negotiations and quarterly performance presentations.

Required profile

• College degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or Finance.
• 8‑10 years of combined analytical and account‑services experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Self‑starter with flexibility to work across global time zones.

Required skills

• Expertise with Workamajig, CRM, PowerBI and SAP.
• Advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Solid organisational, time‑management and change‑management abilities.
