Senior Manager – Cost Estimation

About the role

Modon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cost estimation and budgeting for large‑scale real estate projects. The role ensures accurate cost forecasts, aligns budgets with strategic goals, and supports financial decision‑making across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost estimation frameworks for real estate projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams to create detailed budgets, provide cost forecasts, and monitor expenditures throughout project execution.
• Identify and assess cost risks such as market volatility and material price changes, and devise mitigation strategies including contingency planning and value engineering.
• Work with procurement to evaluate vendor and contractor bids, ensuring pricing aligns with estimates and quality standards.
• Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to continuously improve estimation methodologies and benchmark against industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree such as an MBA is desired.
