About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as a Senior Manager in Data Science, leading high‑impact projects that shape the future of banking across multiple domains. You will work within the Global Business Services (GBS) team, collaborating with business and technology partners to embed data‑driven insights into everyday decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and adoption of data‑science and machine‑learning projects across retail, corporate, risk, credit and operations.
• Translate complex business problems into robust, explainable models ready for production.
• Analyse banking products and services to provide strategic insights.
• Design, develop and deploy advanced ML models to improve decision‑making, efficiency and risk outcomes.
• Apply supervised, unsupervised and time‑series techniques on structured and semi‑structured data.
• Oversee feature engineering, model selection, training, validation and benchmarking.
• Drive structured change interventions – impact assessments, readiness checks, training and communication – to ensure sustainable deployment.
• Implement departmental policies and ensure adherence to service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data science.
