Senior Manager – Infrastructure Project Delivery

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects across multiple developments. You will be responsible for guiding projects from design through execution to final handover, ensuring they meet the company’s growth objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution strategies, and resource allocation.
• Drive contractor performance, procurement, and mitigation plans to meet timelines.
• Manage change requests and communicate impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Enforce structured project governance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect cost, quality, and schedule.
• Monitor financial performance, provide regular reporting, and implement continuous‑improvement practices.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in project delivery, including 4–6 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Project Management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai construction laws, and regulatory compliance.
