Senior Manager – Revenue Management

About the role

The Senior Manager – Revenue Management will lead pricing and revenue optimisation for a fast‑growing retail group operating across the GCC. You will shape pricing strategies, drive profitable visitation and support the company’s financial targets through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies, including discounts, seasonal and package structures, promotions and channel pricing.
• Manage product offerings to maximise revenue and ensure correct execution.
• Analyse sales and booking data to identify trends, patterns and irregularities in consumer behaviour.
• Conduct consumer research and create visual analysis tools for stakeholder decision‑making.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reporting, lead business reviews and contribute to budget forecasting.
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, IT and Operations to identify profit‑enhancing opportunities.
• Perform competitive research and industry benchmarking to inform pricing strategy.
• Implement process improvements for sales, ticketing and workflow efficiency, ensuring optimal use of technology.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in revenue management, pricing optimisation or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions.
• Track record of delivering profitable growth in a retail or hospitality environment.
