Senior Manager – Workplaces (EMC)

About the role

The Senior Manager Workplaces (EMC) leads the quality management and development of adidas facilities across the Emerging Markets Central region, including the UAE, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Jordan. Reporting to the Workplaces leadership team, the role ensures world‑class workplace experiences that support adidas’ mission to change lives through sport.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional facility projects across multiple locations, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule and scope.
• Manage first‑class technical and infrastructural facility management services for adidas sites, aligning with employee experience expectations.
• Maintain and improve building system procedures and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Develop and monitor regional KPIs and SLAs in partnership with the EM Workplaces Leadership Team.
• Oversee annual operating budgets for all service areas in collaboration with business partners.
• Identify, manage, and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Required profile

• Extensive operational experience in facility or real‑estate management.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale projects and manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills across diverse functions.
• Experience in budgeting, performance measurement and compliance with service standards.
