Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Supervised is building an AI‑powered management layer that transforms organisational intelligence. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will partner directly with the CEO to shape the brand, drive demand, and position the company as a category leader in B2B SaaS.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing, including content creation, demand generation, positioning, and brand development.
• Design and execute campaigns that generate awareness and inbound pipeline for mid‑market and enterprise buyers.
• Produce high‑quality thought‑leadership pieces, case studies, sales enablement assets, and website copy at speed using AI tools.
• Maintain and continuously improve the website and overall digital presence.
• Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging and support the commercial motion.
• Define, track, and iterate on key marketing metrics.
• Build the marketing function as the company scales, establishing processes, selecting vendors, and eventually hiring a team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of building category awareness and generating qualified pipeline.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving early‑stage startup and able to balance senior strategy with hands‑on execution.
• Fluent use of AI‑driven tools for content creation, campaign production, research, and workflow automation.
• Strong alignment with executive audiences and ability to craft resonant messaging.
