Senior MEP Project Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while complying with UAE building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of MEP project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and cost control.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
• Conduct site inspections and quality‑assurance reviews to verify compliance with specifications, technical drawings and local standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as contracts, change orders and progress reports; communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Implement risk‑management strategies and develop contingency plans for project challenges.
• Lead, mentor and develop project team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing MEP projects in real‑estate or construction environments.
• Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent understanding of UAE building codes and regulations.
