About the role
The Senior Mortgage Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai. You will lead the acquisition of high‑value clients and provide expert guidance across a broad portfolio of mortgage financing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and source high‑value clients seeking mortgage financing.
- Analyse client needs and recommend tailored mortgage products.
- Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage application process, ensuring compliance and timely closure.
- Mentor and support junior advisors, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local regulations, market trends, and product offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior mortgage advisory, preferably in the UAE.
- Proven ability to handle complex, high‑value cases with precision.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of coaching junior staff.
