About the role
The Senior Officer – Commercial Affairs will oversee the documentation, payments and facilities related to Dubai Customs properties, ensuring optimal revenue generation. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify and maintain all documents, payments and related facilities for Customs properties.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of models and records to support revenue maximisation.
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering skill development.
- Lead project‑related assignments and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
- Act as supervisor or manager on an interim basis, overseeing daily operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
- 4‑5 years of experience in a commercial or revenue‑focused role.
- Proven experience training staff and managing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to act in supervisory or managerial capacities.
