Senior Officer – Trade Operations (Lodgement)

About the role

The Senior Officer in Trade Operations will manage the end‑to‑end processing of trade finance transactions for multiple business segments. The role focuses on accurate data entry, meeting stringent KPIs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions and input customer documents into the system, generating IDs.
• Maintain KPI targets: 99.5% accuracy, zero TAT misses, and no operational loss.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SOPs, and control requirements (DCFC, ADM, etc.).
• Review and act on customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare, track, scan, and dispatch lodged documents, including rescanning as required.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks from the Team Head and participate in team huddles.
• Recommend training to address knowledge gaps and drive ownership of resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in Trade Operations, with at least 2–3 years of product‑specific knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
