Senior Partner Management Executive – Mendix Data & AI

About the role

Siemens is looking for a Senior Partner Management Executive to lead the Mendix Data & AI partner ecosystem across the Middle East. The role combines partner recruitment, enablement, joint go‑to‑market execution and executive stakeholder engagement to accelerate partner‑led growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for the Mendix Data & AI portfolio.
• Drive partner‑led pipeline, ARR growth and new business acquisition.
• Recruit and expand strategic partners in priority markets.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track performance.
• Build joint business plans and execute go‑to‑market initiatives with partners.
• Identify AI, analytics and low‑code adoption opportunities in regional industries.
• Coordinate business, sales and technical enablement programs for partners.
• Build trusted executive relationships with partner leadership and Siemens stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience in partner management, channel sales, alliance management or ecosystem development.
• Proven track record of growing indirect software revenue.
• Experience building partner businesses around enterprise software solutions.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
