Senior Payment Business Development Manager

About the role

Dolphin Markets is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager – Payments to expand its network of payment partnerships within the global FX/CFD brokerage industry. The role focuses on introducing alternative and local payment solutions to brokers across emerging markets, turning existing relationships into commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with FX/CFD brokers worldwide and build a qualified pipeline.
• Introduce local and alternative payment solutions for key emerging markets.
• Engage senior decision‑makers (CEOs, COOs, Heads of Payments, Finance, Operations) to understand payment requirements.
• Structure and negotiate payment solutions, guiding brokers from introduction through integration and go‑live.
• Grow existing relationships to increase payment volumes and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on broker payment needs, competitor offerings, pricing and emerging trends.
• Represent Dolphin Markets at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong, established network within the FX/CFD brokerage sector.
• 5+ years of business development, payments, brokerage or fintech experience.
• Proven track record of originating and closing new business independently.
• Existing relationships with senior decision‑makers at FX/CFD brokers.
• Experience across Asia, MENA, Southeast Asia, LATAM or other emerging markets is a plus.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
