Senior People Partner – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Senior People Partner will act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders in a publicly listed group based in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Human Capital team, the role focuses on aligning people initiatives with business performance, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards and HR Operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management and other people matters.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews and organisational development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and culture programmes across assigned functions.
• Use people analytics and workforce data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support organisational change and transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 8‑12 years of progressive HR experience, including business‑partnering roles.
• Experience in large multi‑site environments such as Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Telecommunications or Aviation.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.
