Senior Pipeline Engineer – Offshore FEED Project

About the role

KBR is expanding its Project Management Consultancy team for a high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Pipeline Engineer will lead FEED engineering for offshore pipelines, subsea flowlines and risers, ensuring design integrity and compliance with ADNOC and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FEED engineering and review of offshore pipeline, subsea flowline and riser deliverables.
• Validate routing, sizing, wall thickness, material selection and compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards, ASME B31.4/B31.8, DNV‑ST‑N001/N002 and API codes.
• Oversee EPC contractor FEED deliverables, calculations and specifications, ensuring adherence to client HSE and quality policies.
• Embed pipeline integrity management in design, reviewing stress, fatigue, buckling studies and corrosion protection measures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces with process, structural, geotechnical, marine, HSE, QA/QC and project controls teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience in offshore pipeline engineering and FEED.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, ASME B31.4/B31.8, DNV‑ST‑N001/N002 and API specifications.
• Proven experience managing EPC contractor deliverables and technical bid evaluations.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and later relocate for 6‑8 months abroad.
