Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning and scheduling activities across its high‑profile construction projects in the UAE. You will work closely with the Supervision team to translate design concepts into realistic, time‑bound execution plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other tools.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Establish and manage the Baseline Programme, update progress, and produce S‑curves, manpower histograms and resource deployment schedules.
• Conduct delay analysis, prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports and review extension‑of‑time claims.
• Generate periodic progress reports for senior management and clients, highlighting risks and recommended actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on infrastructure, building or villa projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven track record of delivering projects on schedule.
