Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

CSCEC Middle East is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead the planning function for a large‑scale high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating, updating and controlling all project schedules using Primavera P6, while ensuring accurate reporting to senior management and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline, construction, recovery, short‑term look‑ahead and extension‑of‑time programs in Primavera P6.
• Lead the preparation of project reporting formats, dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
• Monitor progress of engineering, procurement and construction activities, collecting data and updating schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly reporting with other departments and represent the Planning Department in client meetings.
• Prepare resource and cost histograms, and support the planning staff as a technical mentor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on planning experience on high‑rise tower projects.
• Proven experience with EOT (Extension of Time) claims.
