Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of our sourcing strategy, vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations across active projects. This is a hands‑on commercial role within our procurement team, with regular travel to KSA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage vendor negotiations and maintain consolidated rate cards.
• Oversee international shipment and logistics coordination, including freight costing and timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier network in China and across the GCC.
• Support early‑stage project planning with cost benchmarking and sourcing strategy.
• Monitor supply chain timelines to ensure on‑time delivery across productions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of procurement experience within the events industry.
• Demonstrated experience on large‑scale event operations.
• Strong GCC market knowledge across both UAE and KSA.
• Established vendor network in China with solid understanding of international logistics and freight costs.
• Hands‑on experience collecting and managing supplier rate cards.
• Studied background in supply chain through formal education or professional certification.
• Comfortable with regular travel to KSA as part of the role.
