Senior Product Manager - Equity

About the role

Deel is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the execution and evolution of its Equity product. This fast‑growing, strategically important product sits within the Core Data organisation and sits at the intersection of fintech, payroll, HR and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the global equity experience.
• Translate complex equity concepts into clear product requirements and user flows.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, engineering, compliance, payroll and compensation teams to deliver high‑impact features.
• Prioritise initiatives based on market research, customer feedback and business impact.
• Monitor product performance, gather analytics and iterate to improve user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Several years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, payroll or HR SaaS.
• Strong understanding of equity compensation, financial regulations and global compliance.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and excellent communication skills.
