Senior Product Manager – Marketplace Fees (MEA 3P Seller Economics)

About the role

Amazon MENATR Marketplace is seeking a data‑driven Senior Product Manager to shape the economic framework for Marketplace fees across the Middle East and Africa. You will influence fee structures that affect all third‑party sellers, balancing Amazon’s growth with seller profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and apply economic models to evaluate fee‑structure changes and communicate trade‑offs.
• Analyse root causes of business problems and propose holistic solutions.
• Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech and global fee teams to align fee strategy with broader priorities.
• Collaborate with fee teams in other Amazon marketplaces to share best practices and develop common frameworks.
• Design and improve processes for fee setting, execution, monitoring and audit to enhance seller experience.
• Report key insights and trends using statistical rigor to inform stakeholders.
• Participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
