Senior Program Manager – Dubai Future Academy

About the role

The Senior Program Manager will lead the design, governance and delivery of high‑impact programmes for the Dubai Future Academy. This role translates strategic priorities into structured learning journeys, manages partners, stakeholders, risks and outcomes across the full programme lifecycle, and ensures a strong participant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define programme scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
• Coordinate world‑class education providers and subject‑matter experts.
• Oversee delivery governance, quality assurance and risk management.
• Report progress, outcomes and insights to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the programme.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• UAE national with proven experience managing complex education or training programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong capability to translate strategy into operational plans and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in a government or public‑sector environment is a plus.
