Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Go Tech is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Assistant Operations Manager to lead the delivery of multiple construction projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for driving projects from mobilisation through to hand‑over while ensuring they meet schedule, budget, quality and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, procurement and milestone tracking.
• Oversee daily construction activities on several sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow.
• Monitor site performance, manpower, equipment utilisation and material availability, conducting regular site visits.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variations and commercial aspects to achieve financial objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
