Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE. You will head multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver complex infrastructure and masterplan projects from inception to completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary design and delivery teams, develop execution plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, government authorities, developers and contractors, driving stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee commercial aspects including budgets, forecasts, contract administration, change management and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure and masterplan projects within the UAE.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness and a track record of delivering multidisciplinary programmes.
