Senior Projects Manager - UAE

About the role

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead and deliver projects across the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects according to approved time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Manage all project correspondence and documentation.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and guide them through processes.
• Control submittals and inspections to obtain approvals within the program schedule.
• Follow up on payment applications to ensure timely collection.
• Prepare progress reports and present them to management.
• Monitor work against schedules and maintain project management plans.
• Oversee sub‑contractors and third‑party suppliers for each project.
• Submit forecast reports and achieve targets set by management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar field or product line.
• High level of computer proficiency.
