Eyrie Real Estate is expanding its sales division in Business Bay, Dubai and seeks a performance‑driven Senior Property Consultant. The role focuses on generating and converting high‑value real‑estate opportunities while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client inquiries.
• Conduct property consultations, viewings and market briefings.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate and close real‑estate transactions.
• Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building capability.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
• Professional and commercially aware attitude.
• Prior experience in real‑estate or sales is advantageous.
